Contraindications for ALL Micropigmentation services:
Under 18 years of age
HIV, Hepatitis B or C, or any other bloodborne pathogens
Pregnant or Nursing
Lupus or active Vitiligo
Diabetes Type 1 (Consent from your doctor needed.)
Active skin disorders: Cold Sores, Shingles, Impetigo, Psoriasis, Pink eye, Sunburn, Severe acne, MRSA, Severe Rosacea, Staph Infection.
Blood disorder (Sickle Cell, Hemophelia.)
History of Keloids
Undergoing Cancer Treatment (Doctor clearance needed.)
Those with allergies to metals or pigments
Those with healing disorders

By booking with Divine Brows & Beauty, you agree to the following:
Guests
- You may bring one guest only to your appointment. Guests must remain in the waiting area and are not allowed in the treatment room.
- Minors are not allowed as guests unless accompanied and supervised by another adult.
Booking Fee
- A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment; it is applied to your remaining balance on the day of service.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- 48+ hours’ notice: Your booking fee may transfer to a new appointment.
- Under 48 hours’ notice: You will be charged 50% of your service cost and must pay a new booking fee to rebook.
- No-call / No-show: Your booking fee is forfeited and the full service balance may be required up front to rebook.
Late Arrivals
- 20-minute grace period from your scheduled time.
- Arrivals after 20 minutes will be treated as a no-show and your booking fee will be forfeited.
Permanent Makeup (PMU)
- PMU services are a two-step process: Initial session + Touch-Up (not included in initial price).
- Most clients require a touch-up; some may need a third session.
- Previous brow work from another artist is considered a Brow Correction and requires approval before booking. Email photos to [email protected] or book a free virtual consultation.

- Results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, health, pre-care, and aftercare.
- Following all pre- and aftercare instructions is essential for best results.

DR CLEARANCE + LETTER IS NEEDED FOR ANYONE WITH:
SEVERE DIABETES, PACEMEAKER, OR MAJOR HEART PROBLEMS
ON BLOOD THINNING MEDICATION/ANTIBIOTICS
IF ON ANY SKIN MEDICATION SUCH AS ACCUTANE OR STEROIDS. MUST BE OFF IT FOR 6 MONTHS.
